Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the 2012 CIEC in Orlando, FL.

If you wish to become a sponsor, contact Scott Dunning, Sponsorship Chair for CIEC 2012 (at Scott.dunning@umit.maine.edu) to let us know the level you wish to sponsor. We welcome corporate and educational institutions as sponsors.

If you have made a decision to provide a sponsorship for the 2012 CIEC, please complete the "Sponsorship Submission Guidelines" form

 

Platinum - $10,000 or more

  • Receive special recognition at the Industry Day Luncheon;
  • Flyer, 8 1⁄2 X 11, inserted in the conference attendees’ registration packet;*
  • One-half (1/2) page ad in the final Conference Program Book;
  • Sponsorship the Awards Luncheon, Opening Reception, and/or the Opening Reception.
  • Two full Conference Registrations.

Gold - $5,000

  • Receive special recognition at the Industry Day Luncheon;
  • Flyer, 8 1⁄2 X 11, inserted in the conference attendees’ registration packet;*
  • Quarter (1/4) page ad in the final Conference Program Book;
  • Co-Sponsor lunch event, Opening Reception or Sponsor printing of final Conference Program Book;
  • Two full Conference Registrations.

Silver - $2,500

  • Receive special recognition at the Industry Day Luncheon;
  • Flyer, 8 1⁄2 X 11, inserted in the conference attendees’ registration packet;*
  • Quarter (1/4) page ad in the final Conference Program Book;
  • Co-Sponsorship a Breakfast Event.
  • One full Conference Registration.

Brass - $1,000

  • Receive special recognition at the Industry Day Luncheon;
  • Flyer, 8 1⁄2 X 11, inserted in the conference attendees’ registration packet;
  • Quarter (1/4) page ad in the final Conference Program Book;
  • Co-Sponsor a Refreshment Break.

Copper - $500

  • Receive recognition at the Industry Day Luncheon;
