Q. How do I pay the proceedings fee?
A. Once in SmoothPaper, click on the “Author” tab and below
the title of each paper click on the link that reads “Pay Proceedings
Fee (Closes 03/28/07)”.

Q. How do I register for the annual conference?
A. Once in SmoothPaper, click on the “Author”
tab and below the title of each paper click on the link that reads “Register
(Author Registration Closes 03/28/07)” or visit
www.asee.org/conferences/annual/2007/Registration.cfm.

Q. How do I accept the copyright transfer?
A. By clicking on and making payment for the proceedings fee for a paper
you are agreeing to the copyright transfer.

Q. What happens if I hit the “Withdraw” button in
SmoothPaper?
A. When you select the “Withdraw” button you are withdrawing
the paper from the conference. You will not have an opportunity to reload
the paper if you select “Withdraw”.

Q. What if I hit the withdraw button by accident?
A. Contact Wayne Davis to have him un-withdraw the paper.

Q. How do I get to the log in screen for SmoothPaper?
A. You can get to the log in screen by visiting http://www.asee.org/smoothpaper.
We highly recommend that you save this address as a favorite/bookmark.

Q. If I forget my username and password how can I get into SmoothPaper?
A. In most cases Wayne Davis will be able to assist you in getting into
SmoothPaper. In the event that he is unable to get you back in, he will
request to have your password reset.

Q. What happens if I have multiple accounts in SmoothPaper?
A. It is very likely that you will not get credit as being registered
for the conference because you paper may be listed under the wrong account.
Please contact Wayne Davis to correct this problem.
