Founded in 1893, the American Society for Engineering Education
(ASEE) has, for over a century, provided cutting edge leadership
and innovative programs and services as ‘THE’ membership
society for the U.S. engineering education community. Nearly all
U.S. engineering colleges are ASEE members. The ASEE Annual Conference
& Exposition provides a three day forum for over 3,500 leaders
in the field, including professors, deans, instructors, and students,
to present their research, exchange ideas, and interact with their
colleagues and industry counterparts. Join companies like Dassault
Systemes, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, National Instruments and Lockheed
Martin in reaching this prime target audience of decision makers!
The ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition is the only conference
dedicated to all disciplines of engineering education. It is committed
to fostering the exchange of ideas, enhancing teaching methods and
curriculum, and providing networking opportunities for faculty members,
deans, and industry representatives interested in furthering engineering
education.
What is the ASEE Exposition?
The Exposition is held in conjunction with ASEE’s Annual
Conference. The Exposition gives companies the opportunity to display
their products and services to the largest gathering of engineering
educators in the country. ASEE has reserved space for more than
160 exhibitors in Hawaii.
The Exhibit Hall is the central meeting place for ASEE Conference
registrants and the location for ASEE’s Poster Sessions, Focus
on Exhibits events, special drawings, contests and product demonstrations.
“Focus on Exhibits” is a series of daily hospitality
events held in the exhibit hall. These are exclusive events. No
sessions or other events are held during this time, providing an
excellent networking and sales opportunity in a festive, dynamic
atmosphere. Over the course of the conference, there will be over
4 hours devoted to “Focus on Exhibits,” which will include
complimentary food and beverage service.
Where is the exhibit hall located?
The exhibit hall measures over 60,000 sq. ft. and is located on
the ground floor of the Hawaii Convention Center.
What is the attire for the exhibit
hall?
Resort casual attire is appropriate at the 2007 ASEE Annual Conference
and Exposition.
Why should my company exhibit?
ASEE Annual Conference attendees are procurement and academic policy
decision makers! ASEE Annual Conference attendees account for a
sizable portion of the $5 billion spent annually on engineering
research. The engineering deans, department heads and faculty in
attendance can provide access to the more than 500,000 engineering
undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S.
Engineering educators want new technology to use in the
classroom and in their own research. ASEE member deans and professors
are interested in new products and services, like:
- Engineering textbooks and educational materials
- Design and PLM software
- Laboratory equipment
- Engineering information and consulting services
- Engineering laboratories, training facilities or research services
- K-12 educational programs
Exhibiting at the ASEE Annual Conference helps your organization
reach its sales and marketing goals by providing:
- Access to over 3,500 decision makers from ASEE member institutions,
representing over 500,000 engineering undergraduate and graduate
students.
- Multiple B to B networking and prospecting opportunities.
- Exposure in all event print and online promotional materials
(PRISM Magazine, Annual Conference program, ASEE corporate and
annual conference web sites, Focus on Innovation, etc.)
- Pre- and post-event marketing support to better leverage your
exhibit hall presence.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to network with
engineering education’s best and brightest. |
