In this session, participants will be able to hear presentations surrounding the experience of faculty members. This session explores several areas, including faculty perceptions at Hispanic-serving institutions, the journeys of engineering faculty members, and the experiences of dual-career couples during the faculty interview process. In addition, it will cover collaborations with faculty on grant proposals; the results of seed investments to promote transinstitutional collaborations; and areas to improve the recruitment, retention, promotion, and job satisfaction of faculty in STEM departments.
