This session addresses an assortment of efforts aimed at exploring the pathways of students. Topics will include pragmatic and theoretical dilemmas associated with co-curricular support, study abroad experiences of prospective transfer students, and the retention and graduation of women in engineering programs. In addition, this session will delve into the exploration of an alternative college screening admission process, the improvement of publicly available sources aimed at broadening participation, and the results of a grant aimed at increasing the number of Latinx students.
