This session covers a variety of efforts related to broadening participation in computing and technology fields. Areas that this session addresses include the use of eye-tracking software to understand implicit bias and the use of immersive virtual reality to cultivate inclusive cultures. Topics also include increasing career and technical education programs and efforts aimed at increasing computing for Hispanic-serving institutions and outreach programs.
