Session Description

In this session, participants will listen to presentations related to engineering spatial and biomedical engineering courses, interrupting bias in academic settings, and the results of a leadership program and collaborations to diversity the workforce. In addition, participants will hear an asset-based approach to broadening participation, how to enhance transfer student success, and policies and programs to retain students in engineering.
