Session Description

This session includes presentations related to engineering spatial and biomedical engineering courses; interrupting bias in academic settings; the results of a leadership program; and collaborations to diversity the workforce. In addition, participants will learn about an asset-based approach to broadening participation, how to enhance transfer student success, and policies and programs to retain students in engineering.
