The first generation collaboration platform is being built around seven teams. The teams were initially formed from members of the Executive Committee, but can be broadened to include a representative sample of interested members so as to keep them to a workable size.
The Governance Team will focus on improvements to the governance of ASEE by clarifying the role of the board, optimizing its operations, and providing a more inclusive engagement for Councils, Zones, Professional Interest Councils (PICs), and others.
