The Department of Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Fullerton, http://www.fullerton.edu/ecs/me invites applications for two full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor positions to begin Fall 2023. Applicants shall have an earned doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or related field at the time of appointment. We seek candidates with expertise in all fields of mechanical engineering, but are especially interested in the areas of integrated artificial intelligence design, advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, energy storage, and scientific computing. The primary responsibilities of these faculty members are: teaching all levels of mechanical engineering courses for majors and non-majors; research, scholarship, and/or creative activities; advising students in research; and service to the Department, College, University, profession, and community.
