WE HAVE DISTRIBUTED ALL 200 SCHOLARSHIPS FROM ENGINEERING UNLEASHED FOR THE FULL REGISTRATION RATE OF $500, AS WELL AS AN ADDITIONAL 28 FULL SCHOLARSHIPS FROM ASEE. Currently, the limited scholarships available are from ASEE for $200 (and whatever your division may provide).
We’ll still present papers, publish proceedings, and even network. How? Hey, we’re engineers. We can solve anything.
There are even more benefits. You’ll see every presentation. Attend and participate just as you do in person. All for lower rates.
The registration fee will be discounted 30% from the original registration rates. Those who have already registered, paid and plan to attend the online experience, will receive a 30% refund. Registered attendees will be sent a separate email outlining their options.

The ASEE Board of Directors encourages units (divisions, institutional councils, etc.) that hold elections during the annual meeting (as allowed by Robert’s Rules of Order) to vote to suspend the rules to allow electronic balloting. This motion, as well as the actual ballot, can be in the same communication. That is, unit members can both vote to suspend the rules and then indicate their candidate preferences. Of course, the candidate preference votes will only be valid if the motion to suspend the rules is approved.
New ASEE Board Members, New Unit Officer Orientation, New Program Chairs, Campus Reps, and other orientations will still be conducted. Formats and details will be forthcoming.
We are exploring different options to recognize and celebrate our award winners.
BASS units will have the opportunity to set up meetings with ASEE HQ accounting staff regarding the status of their unit’s finance.
These events will also be provided. Details to follow.
Chairs will be contacted about the options available for these meetings.
Please be advised all registration fees must be processed by ASEE Headquarters on or before May 1, 2020 at Midnight EDT or your paper will be withdrawn.
Please be advised that the non-member professional rate does not include ASEE membership. Follow this link https://www.asee.org/about-us/types-of-membership/individual-membership
