Student Project Design Suite Manager/Building Manager

Applications are being sought for the Student Project Design Suite Manager and Building Manager for the new $78-million Ferland Engineering Education and Design Center at the University of Maine. The 10,000 sf Student Project Design Suite has shops for biomedical engineering, electronics, 3D printing, vehicles, metal, wood, and composites, as well as a tool crib. This is the best space of its kind in the Northeast. Further information on the building may be found here:

Applicants must have a BS in engineering, engineering technology or other related discipline; or an AS in engineering, engineering technology or other related discipline plus significant work experience; excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment; ability to develop, implement, and oversee safety and use procedures for engineering project spaces; strong written and oral communication skills; be organized and flexible; and pay great attention to detail.
