ON-SITE REGISTRATION: 

On-site registration is located inside the Palais des Congress de Montréal in Exhibit Hall C. 

HOURS: 

Sunday June 22nd                   8:00 AM to 5:30 PM 

Monday June 23rd                  7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Tuesday June 24th                    8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Wednesday June 25th             8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 

 *Please note: You must show your identification to pick up your badge on site. Students and K-12 teacher registrants, reminder that you will need to show your school identification to pick up your badge, as well. 

TICKET SALES: 

To order tickets for meal functions and special events, please visit the ASEE Registration desk located in the convention center, Exhibit Hall C. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that on-site ticket sales close the day before the event takes place. Be sure to register early, as space is limited. Tickets are also available online, as well. 

 ON-SITE INFORMATION DESK: 

The Info Kiosk is available in the foyer of Exhibit Hall C of the Convention Center during registration hours. Get information about the ASEE Annual Conference and ASEE Membership at this location.

Mathworks Mini-Drone Competition:

The MathWorks Mini-drone Workshop at the 2025 ASEE Annual Conference offers an immersive, hands-on experience for students. Participants will learn to design and deploy autonomous drone systems using MATLAB and Simulink, focusing on control systems, path planning, and image processing. Attendees will engage in collaborative exercises, culminating in a friendly competition to reinforce learning. Prior completion of the MATLAB Onramp course is required. Space is limited, and registration is required. Register here!

ASEE STORE:

The ASEE Store is co-located with the Info Kiosk outside of the Exhibit Hall. A variety of ASEE branded items will be for sale on-site. 

 ASEE’s most popular sale item is our branded Polo Shirt. They always sell out quickly on site, so be sure to order in advance!  Pre- Order your Polo Shirt!

 Sustainability is a priority for ASEE: 

To be more environmentally friendly, there will not be a printed program or a conference registration bag. You can find the QR code for Interactive Conference Planner (ICP) on site and we invite you to take advantage of the many totes and carry bags our exhibitors have to offer.

Getting around Montreal without a car is highly feasible and enjoyable. The city offers a robust public transit system, making it easy to navigate. The metro is a quick and convenient way to get around, and the bus system is extensive and connects various parts of the city. Walking is also a popular and pleasant option, especially in the downtown area and neighborhoods like Vieux-Montréal. For shorter distances, consider biking with the BIXI bike-sharing program.

 WHAT TO WEAR: 

Montréal has an average temperature of 69 degrees. The afternoons are usually the warmest part of the day when highs reach a peak of 78 degrees, so please dress accordingly when outdoors. Be advised that meeting rooms have a tendency to be cool, so light jackets/sweaters/layers are recommended 

 THINGS TO DO IN MONTRÉAL:
