A refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, March 27, 2026. Please send requests to the ASEE Registrar via email (conferences@asee.org)
No cancellations can be accepted for refunds after March 27, 2026. Refunds cannot be made for no shows. If you have any questions, please contact ASEE Registrar, at conferences@asee.org.
Registrants with special needs who participate in our conference will be accommodated to the fullest extent possible. If you need special arrangements, please advise us at the time you register on conferences@asee.org.
